We’ve arrived at the conference finals, a battle of north versus south along both coasts of North America, with a shot at Lord Stanley’s Chalice on the... Read More

We’re into the rum rations now, and I’ve got this nagging feeling that I’m coming down with Stanley Cup fever. I’m fiending for yet another crack at the Bruins after Montreal played their cardiac role to perfection in getting all the way to the Eastern Conference Finals against the Flyers. But there’s more to it than just the rivalry at stake.
Every year we get the joy of watching underdogs rise up and hold their own... Read More

So I spent the weekend traveling into the land of the Giants. As Dickens said, “it was the best of times, it was the worst of times”. Hell, I’ve taken trips to Vegas that wound up being less eventful than this weekend. It was my first trip ever to San Francisco, coming three weeks on the heels of my first time in the Bay Area when I was confined to the north in San Rafael. My wife was the kickoff speaker at the GreenFestival, a sustainability... Read More
